Fitzpatricks adds strength to national team with addition of strategic financial advice firm Paradigm Financial Consulting

Aligned client centric culture and values has led Perth-based Paradigm Financial Consulting (Paradigm) to partner with Fitzpatricks Private Wealth.
Paradigm sees the partnership as a ‘natural fit’ in its commitment to delivering long-term service to its small business and high net worth client base.
Paradigm founder, Daniel Etherington (CFP), has worked in the financial services industry for over 32 years and became a Certified Financial Planner in 2001.
“We engage clients who desire ongoing, high quality relationships with us. Whether they are high net worth, small to medium enterprises (SME’s) or successful families, wanting to achieve their goals and dreams,” Mr Etherington said.
Mr Etherington said he was attracted to Fitzpatricks due to its private ownership model, client first culture and strategic advice processes.
“Fitzpatricks fit as part of the family photo from my perspective in terms of what I was looking for in a licensee.”
“We share the same philosophy as Fitzpatricks: we each care about the client first and foremost.”
“We chose Fitzpatricks because they are a true business partner, rather than a traditional licensee or dealer group function. We want a partner to keep us more accountable, offer objectivity and allow us to feel part of a team.”
Fitzpatricks Group Managing Director, John McMurdo, welcomed Daniel amongst the latest addition of high quality financial advisers to join Fitzpatricks.
“Paradigm embodies our approach of high quality holistic advice and ongoing commitment to the client’s goals and overall wellbeing.”
“We welcome Daniel and his Perth practice to Fitzpatricks.”
