John Woodley

John is a co-founder of the Fitzpatricks Group and has been a Director of the group since 2000. With over 20 years of wealth management experience in both Chief Executive and senior advising capacities, he has led Fitzpatricks Private Wealth for over ten years as the CEO and since early 2018 as Executive Director. In 2020, John was appointed Executive Chairman.
Jodie Blackledge

Jodie is the CEO of Fitzpatricks Group and sits on the boards of several Fitzpatricks Equity Partners. A passionate advocate for the transformative power of financial advice, Jodie has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, with a focus on strategy and operational excellence. Jodie joined the Group from AUB group, an ASX 200 insurance broker, where she was Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Before AUB, she was CFO of The Trust Company. Jodie is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Jasia Fabig

Jasia was appointed CEO Fitzpatricks Private Wealth in 2022 and has been with the Fitzpatricks team since 2021. Jasia has spent the last 28 years in the Financial Services industry, leading large teams with roles in Advice and Licensee Management.
Jasia headed up the branded licensees, MLC Advice and MLC Financial Planning, where she was responsible for over 150 advice businesses operating under the MLC Brand. During her 18-year tenure at MLC, Jasia also had senior roles in distribution, practice management and strategy.
She is a result-driven leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for clients, businesses, and their teams, and believes wholeheartedly in the difference good financial advice can make in people’s lives.
