We are required to keep records of all our client engagements. Personal information you choose to share with us will be used, held and or disclosed in accordance with the Fitzpatricks Private Wealth Privacy Policy, which can be found here Privacy policy – Fitzpatricks. If you have any questions about this or any other matter, please let us know.
Any third-party sites we may use to facilitate payment of invoices and subscriptions are PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) Level 1 compliant and their privacy policies are clearly accessible from the payment link pages provided by us. Make sure to read the privacy policy documentation of any third-party website links we may issue before providing bank account, credit card or personal information as third party websites are not governed by our policies and terms of service
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If at any time you wish to terminate a subscription please contact us at [email protected] or Anthony Vaiente at e: [email protected] m: 0407 377 855 to cancel any and all remaining subscription payments. Please be advised this will end any Lead Adviser Alumni access to content and services that have been or will be provided as part of the subscription.
A 100% subscription and/or payment refund can be provided at any time and for any reason where payment has been received for the subscription or invoice by FTZ Pty Ltd for Lead Adviser Alumni content and services. Requests for refund can be made in writing via email to Anthony Vaiente at e: [email protected].
Our cancellation and refund policy is independent of any statutory rights that you may have under the law.
Intellectual Property
We exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in the patents, copyrights (including rights in derivative works), moral rights, rights of publicity, trademarks or service marks, logos and designs, trade secrets, and other intellectual property embodied by, or contained in the content provided under the Lead Adviser Alumni, Fitzpatricks Private Wealth and FTZ brand. Subscription content is protected by copyright, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws, and all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Service are reserved.
The Program Offer
Lead Adviser Mentorship is a 12-month online coaching program for past attendees of the Lead Adviser two-day course. It is intended to complement prior learnings in an online live coaching call environment with peer support. Included in the program is the following:
- Four (quarterly) 90 minute online coaching calls with one of our elite Lead Adviser coaches
- Access to recordings of all calls and follow up homework
- Monthly phone/email access to the team for ongoing support
- Access to Lead Adviser resources such as podcasts, case studies and worksheets
- Support to connect with the community of like-minded peers in an accountability framework
The cost of the program is $250AUD plus GST per month on a 12-month subscription basis. The program and charges will cease after 12 months.
