Alumni Mentorship

Does your role still feel somewhat transactional, and are you unsure of how to take yourself from financial adviser to Lead Adviser and business leader?

Our Lead Adviser coaches say the “secret” to businesses who succeed in this model is that they have the ability to quickly implement the learnings.

Equally, we have found that the most successful Lead Advisers make learning a priority and lean on coaches and community to help them implement lasting changes such as:

  • Developing a client-centric approach and unique value proposition
  • Setting effective product and price points to attract ideal clients
  • Growing in confidence, EQ skills and a professional services mindset
  • Working towards building a margin business of the future with a best-of-breed team

Introducing Lead Adviser Alumni Mentorship – a 12-month program

Designed to bring the Lead Adviser concepts alive and keep you accountable to making change. Based on the journey needed to transition to a margin-based Lead Adviser business, that we have developed for 20+ years.

“Very impressed with Scott, Brian and John, the amount they give and their honesty.”

“I liked the frameworks, multiple presenters, role plays, time for questions, willingness to share information and experience.”

A lot of content, may require a refresher / followup after a period of time to ensure we are on the right track and implementing concepts effectively.”
